Harmony World . I would like to live in the harmoious world such as Paradise which we can feel kindly heart,with friendly people as goddes where live in Heaven or tropical island which are floated in the Ocean. I hope that kindly people can to catch such world,which are fulfilled with harmony heart. I would like to make up them from this real world,on the Floating Ocean Structure in the ocean surface. I would like to make up those World such as Pradise or Heaven which were made by gods. I think that it is passible. If people want them rightly. If people can to love or help other pure people. Make up some modern noah's ark. Let make up them with kindly peaple the world such as Heaven in the ocean.

世界の人口増大にともなって、世界的な大きな課題となってきた食料問題の解決方策や新しい産業の育成を目的として、海洋開発事業や自然再生循環系（sustainable)の経済・社会体制を創生し、地球温暖化防止等の環境創造を促進させ、地球の表面積の約７０％の海洋の洋上利用や海洋資源開発関係等の新産業・事業、大規模洋上風力発電等のプロジェクトを発展・促進・推進させて、新しい雇用を創出し、世界の青年の夢と希望を拡げながら国際的な協力で、希望のある未来社会を創って行きましょう。
